文章题目《基础教育阶段创新型人才培养的机理分析》
摘 要：创新型人才是我国现代化进程中不可或缺的人才，培养创新型人才是我国教育事业的主要目标之一。基础教育阶段的人才培养方式对创新型人才的培养同样具有巨大贡献。本文从创新型人才的作用及概念特征开始，主要采用了多层次的机理分析方法对基础教育阶段创新型人才培养的原则性、原理性、流程性及操作性进行了分析研究，分析了目前存在的问题，设定了创新型人才培养的目标及实现流程，为基础教育人才培养机制的改革提供了理论基础。

Mechanism Analysis of Cultivating Creative Personnel in the Basic Education Stage
Abstract: Creative personnel are vital to the modernization process of our country, while cultivating creative personnel is one of the main objectives of our educational undertakings. The way to cultivate in basic education stage has also been making much contribution. This paper starts at the introduction of the concept and characteristics of creative personnel, then analyze the essential mechanism of cultivating creative personnel in the basic education stage, including principle mechanism, logic mechanism, process mechanism and operation mechanism. During this research, the existing problems have been given first, based on which the objectives and realizing procedure is constructed. This paper aims to provide the theoretical base of education mechanism reform.
