我们还是不要各说各话了，没得让太蔟、疯和尚看笑话。

你一贴出最初那段话，我就提出质疑了，你后来才又引用了那段话，可是又一口咬定，最初的那段话“一点错也没有”。

我觉得至少最初那段话不完整，如果没有任何补充的话是不成立的。

所以我在楼上几层说了，只要承认“最开始那段话不完整，还得加一个intention的条件”，我就没意见。

但是你也不能说我最初的质疑不对，因为那时你还没补充这段“引文”呢。

现在前面加上那几个词组
即使XXX not agreed YYY，也不是伪证罪

你到法庭上说”XXX agreed on YYY”, 如果事实上XXX 并没有 agreed on YYY ,你是作伪证. 但是你如果说”I believe that XXX agreed on YYY”, “It’s my understanding that XXX agreed on YYY”, “There is no doubt in my mind that XXX agreed on YYY”, 你在表述你自己的想法,错了也算不上作伪证.

以上不是你的原话吗？不就加了“I believe that ”、“It’s my understanding that ”、“There is no doubt in my mind that”吗？
